You can book directly through the website by clicking the Book Now button on each retreat page. If you have questions before booking, feel free to contact us via WhatsApp or email.
What kind of people join your retreats?
Our guests come from all walks of life: from yoga lovers and therapists to people simply seeking rest, healing, or inspiration. Everyone is welcome no prior experience with Ayurveda or meditation is required.
Whats included in the price?
All retreats and trainings include:
- Accommodation (shared or private).
- All meals (vegetarian, Ayurvedic).
- Daily treatments or classes.
- Use of wellness facilities (sauna, jacuzzi).
- Guidance from experienced teachers and therapists.
Where is the retreat located?
We are based in a peaceful countryside house in Kockengen, The Netherlands, surrounded by nature. Youll receive the full address and travel instructions after booking.
What kind of food is served?
We serve fresh, vegetarian Ayurvedic meals, prepared with love. If you have specific dietary restrictions (gluten-free, vegan), just let us know were happy to accommodate.
What does a typical day look like?
Each retreat is unique, but most days include:
- Morning yoga or meditation.
- Ayurvedic treatments or classes.
- Time to rest, journal, or walk.
- Shared meals.
- Optional evening sessions like fire ceremony or satsang.
Youll receive a full schedule upon arrival.
Can I join without doing treatments?
Yes, you can opt to join only the classes (like cooking or Reiki) without receiving Ayurvedic body treatments. Let us know your preferences in advance.
Is everything in English?
Yes, all programs are offered in English. If you need Dutch translation, were happy to support you when needed.
Do I need to fill in a form before arrival?
Yes, especially for Panchakarma retreats, youll receive an online intake form to help us prepare your treatments and meals based on your constitution (dosha).
Can I pay in installments?
Yes, we offer flexible payment plans upon request. Just send us a message and well work something out.
