5 Day Ayurvedic Cooking Course at Boho in the Netherlands

Summary

This 5-day Ayurvedic Cooking Course invites you to rediscover food as medicine and
reconnect with nourishment in a calm, grounded, and joyful way.

Through hands-on cooking sessions and practical Ayurvedic teachings, you’ll learn how to
prepare meals that support digestion, balance your unique constitution, and bring greater
awareness into everyday eating.

Whether you’re new to Ayurveda or looking to deepen your understanding, this course offers
practical tools you can integrate immediately into daily life — without complexity or
overwhelm.

The Retreat Experience

This immersive cooking retreat blends Ayurvedic wisdom with embodied, hands-on learning
in a peaceful countryside setting.

Each day combines simple theory with practical kitchen experience, allowing you to
understand why food heals — and how to apply that knowledge at home.

The rhythm of the retreat is relaxed and nourishing, with time to cook, eat, reflect, rest, and
integrate. Learning happens naturally, through doing, tasting, and shared meals.

A Note from Your Host

I’m Nicolette, the owner of Boho Experience and your host during the retreat.

After my own healing journey with Ayurveda, I felt called to create a space where ancient
wisdom could be shared in a way that feels human, grounded, and accessible.

Boho Experience is my countryside home — not a commercial retreat centre — and this
course is held with warmth, simplicity, and genuine connection. A place where learning feels
natural and nourishing.
